NEWLY Cut – Privacy Policy

In short: no account, no sign-in and no NEWLY servers. Your videos, photos, audio and projects are edited on your phone and stay on your phone. The only data that leaves your device goes to Google — to show ads to users without NEWLY Cut Pro (Google AdMob) and to process the Pro subscription (Google Play) — and, once, to download the free speech model used for automatic subtitles. We never sell your personal data.
1. Who we are
NEWLY Cut ("the app") is published on Google Play by NEWLY SOFT ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, who receives it and what choices you have. It applies only to the NEWLY Cut app.
2. Data that stays on your device
The app processes and stores the following only on your device. We cannot see it and it is not sent to us:
- Media and projects: the videos, photos, music and sounds you pick, your projects, edits, templates, imported fonts, covers and exported videos.
- Voice recordings: voiceovers you record are saved in the project on your device.
- Automatic subtitles: speech recognition (Vosk) runs entirely on your phone; your audio is never uploaded.
- Background removal, slow motion, stabilization and effects: processed on the device (Google ML Kit on-device segmentation and the app's own code).
- Text to speech: uses your phone's built-in speech engine.
- Project backups: created only when you choose to save or share them; password-protected backups are encrypted on the device with AES-256-GCM.
- Wi-Fi transfer: when you turn it on, a temporary page is served from your phone on your local network, protected by a 4-digit code. Files go directly from your computer to your phone; nothing passes through our servers.
3. Permissions

Videos and photos are added through the Android system picker or the share menu, so the app only receives the files you select. The app does not request camera, contacts or location permissions.

Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit and governed by their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Users with NEWLY Cut Pro do not see ads. The app contains no other analytics or tracking SDKs.
5. Consent and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: a Google consent form is shown before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in the app (Settings → Ad privacy options).
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- U.S. state privacy laws (e.g. California): you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through the same options and device settings.
- No ads at all: NEWLY Cut Pro (monthly or yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) removes ads. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions.
6. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Apart from the services listed in section 4, the app shares no data with anyone. Exported videos, images and backups are saved or shared only when you choose to, to the destination you pick.
7. International transfers
Google may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under its own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Security
Your projects are kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Password-protected backups are encrypted on the device. Network traffic to Google services uses HTTPS. Wi-Fi transfer works only on your local network and requires a one-time code.
9. Data retention and deletion
We hold none of your content. On-device data remains until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Data held by Google AdMob and Google Play is kept according to Google's policies, and you can request access or deletion through your Google Account.
10. Children
NEWLY Cut is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, most requests are fulfilled directly on your device or through Google. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above shows the current version, and important changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

Kısaca: Hesap açmanız ya da giriş yapmanız gerekmez ve NEWLY'nin bir sunucusu yoktur. Videolarınız, fotoğraflarınız, sesleriniz ve projeleriniz telefonunuzda düzenlenir ve telefonunuzda kalır. Cihazdan çıkan veriler yalnızca Google'a gider — Pro olmayan kullanıcılara reklam göstermek (Google AdMob) ve Pro aboneliğini işlemek (Google Play) için — ve bir kez, otomatik altyazı için ücretsiz konuşma modelini indirmek için kullanılır. Kişisel verilerinizi asla satmayız.
1. Biz kimiz
NEWLY Cut ("uygulama") Google Play'de NEWLY SOFT ("biz") tarafından yayınlanır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri neden işlediğini, kimlerle paylaştığını ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar. Yalnızca NEWLY Cut uygulaması için geçerlidir.
2. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve saklanır. Bunları göremeyiz ve bize gönderilmez:
- Medya ve projeler: seçtiğiniz videolar, fotoğraflar, müzikler ve sesler; projeleriniz, düzenlemeleriniz, şablonlarınız, içe aktardığınız fontlar, kapaklar ve dışa aktardığınız videolar.
- Ses kayıtları: kaydettiğiniz seslendirmeler cihazınızdaki projede saklanır.
- Otomatik altyazı: konuşma tanıma (Vosk) tamamen telefonunuzda çalışır; sesiniz hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
- Arka plan silme, ağır çekim, sabitleme ve efektler: cihazda işlenir (Google ML Kit cihaz içi ayırma modeli ve uygulamanın kendi kodu).
- Metinden sese: telefonunuzun kendi konuşma motorunu kullanır.
- Proje yedekleri: yalnızca siz kaydetmeyi veya paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde oluşturulur; parolalı yedekler cihazda AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir.
- Wi-Fi ile aktarma: açtığınızda telefonunuz yerel ağınızda 4 haneli kodla korunan geçici bir sayfa sunar. Dosyalar doğrudan bilgisayarınızdan telefonunuza gelir; sunucularımızdan geçmez.

Video ve fotoğraflar Android sistem seçicisi veya paylaş menüsü üzerinden eklenir; uygulama yalnızca seçtiğiniz dosyaları alır. Kamera, rehber veya konum izni istemez.

Bu hizmetlere giden veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir ve kendi politikalarına tabidir: Google Gizlilik Politikası ve Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan site ve uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığı.
NEWLY Cut Pro kullanıcıları reklam görmez. Uygulamada başka bir analiz veya takip SDK'sı yoktur.
5. İzin ve seçimleriniz
- AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre: herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce Google izin formu gösterilir. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman uygulamada (Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri) değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Reklam kimliği: cihaz ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar veya Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar) sıfırlayabilir, silebilir ya da kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz.
- ABD eyalet yasaları (ör. Kaliforniya): hedefli reklam amacıyla kişisel bilgilerin "satışı" veya "paylaşımından" aynı seçeneklerle çıkabilirsiniz.
- Hiç reklam görmemek için: NEWLY Cut Pro (aylık veya yıllık abonelik, yeni abonelere 7 gün ücretsiz deneme) reklamları kaldırır. Google Play → Abonelikler'den istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
6. Paylaşım ve satış
Kişisel verileri satmayız, kiralamayız veya takas etmeyiz. 4. bölümdeki hizmetler dışında uygulama hiçbir veriyi kimseyle paylaşmaz. Dışa aktarılan videolar, görseller ve yedekler yalnızca siz istediğinizde, seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir veya paylaşılır.
7. Yurt dışına aktarım
Google, verileri ABD dahil başka ülkelerde, standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi kendi güvenceleri altında işleyebilir.
8. Güvenlik
Projeleriniz diğer uygulamaların okuyamadığı, uygulamaya özel alanda tutulur. Parolalı yedekler cihazda şifrelenir. Google hizmetleriyle iletişim HTTPS üzerinden yapılır. Wi-Fi ile aktarma yalnızca yerel ağınızda ve tek kullanımlık kodla çalışır.
9. Saklama ve silme
İçeriğinizin hiçbirini biz tutmayız. Cihazdaki veriler, siz uygulamada silene, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar kalır. Google AdMob ve Google Play'deki veriler Google'ın politikalarına göre saklanır; erişim veya silme talebini Google Hesabınızdan yapabilirsiniz.
10. Çocuklar
NEWLY Cut 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir, 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun uygulama aracılığıyla veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, kaldırılmasına yardımcı olalım.
11. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB/BK GDPR gibi düzenlemeler kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve denetim makamına şikâyet haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Kişisel verilerinizi sunucularımızda tutmadığımız için taleplerin çoğu doğrudan cihazınızda veya Google üzerinden karşılanır. Diğer tüm talepleriniz için bize e-posta gönderin; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
12. Değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncel sürümü gösterir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada veya bu sayfada duyurulur.
